Dear friends of  hockey,

We want you to feel safe with us so that we can all celebrate a great hockey festival together. Therefore, here is a general overview of the venue’s safety guidelines, we kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding.

In addition to strict entry and security checks, we ask you to refrain from bringing large items of luggage such as backpacks or large bags (maximum size: DIN A4). The following items are also prohibited: pyrotechnic articles, goods for sale and advertising materials, any kind of xenophobic, antisemitic, or otherwise discriminatory or racist propaganda, flags or banners that obstruct visibility, your own food and beverages, weapons of any kind, and dangerous items such as gas containers (including spray deodorants), laser pointers, umbrellas, glass bottles, torches, or any objects that could be used as projectiles.

This also applies to the bringing of alcoholic beverages and any kind of intoxicants, as well as devices or materials suitable for data recording or streaming, and materials (such as banners or flags) inside the arena that do not comply with fire protection class B1 according to DIN 4102. Bringing animals is not permitted.

Anyone violating these rules will not be granted access to the event.
